Bouquet: A bouquet is a lavender bunch that is cut fresh in our field during the peak of harvest. It is then dried for 3-4 weeks in our almost century year old barn. Our barn with old wood sides provides the ideal space for drying lavender; the barn allows almost no light in while allowing air to flow through the gaps in the old wood. Once the lavender is dried, only the finest bunches are selected for bouquets. We select the longest and straightest bunches for our bouquets. Once the bunches are selected for your order we clean the stems removing any extra leaves or debris. Once the stems are cleaned we shape your bouquet into a beautiful display of lavender for you and your customer to enjoy. Finally we place each bouquet in a paper or plastic sleeve and box them up to shipped to you our valued customer. On average bouquets are 16″-20″ long for Grosso and 14″-18″ for Royal Velvet. Lengths are not guaranteed but only our longest bunches are selected for the bouquet process.
Here is an example of our Royal Velvet Bouquet. Each bunch is hand cut and rubber banded in the field. Next we take them to our barn where they hang upside down for 3-4 weeks until they are dry. Our almost century old barn is perfect for drying lavender because the old wood allows air to move in and out of the barn easily without allowing very much light in the barn. That is why our bunches are exceptionally beautiful and dry to a pristine display you and your clients will love.

Each bouquet is placed in a sleeve of your choice paper or plastic. This makes selling our bouquets easy! All you need to do is unbox them and place them in your ideal location.
