We use USPS Priority shipping on most of our shipments. On occasion we will use USPS Ground when heavy items (like hydrosols) are ordered. We insure all of our shipments so please let us know ASAP if something did not arrive safely. Furthermore, if your package arrives damaged please do not discard the package. Please document your package with photos and email us immediately email@example.com. We will send you a replacement immediately and take care of the insurance claim.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or product please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix the situation by fixing your product via return or sending you a new item. We are a small family farm and we appreciate your business. Please contact us right away and give our family the opportunity to fix anything you are unhappy with.
